Discovery Flight

FlyingJTD, LLC offers an initial "Discovery Flight" to prospective students for $59.00.  During this flight you will actually fly the aircraft from the left seat with an instructor as your co-pilot.  You will experience the thrill of climbing to an altitude of 3000 feet, while maneuvering the aircraft  to various headings, altitudes and an approach to landing.  Stop dreaming and start flying today!  Contact Flying JTD to begin a flying experience that will lead to a Private Pilot License or advanced rating.

Aircraft Rental Rates

 Please keep in mind the mission of Flying JTD is to 
provide professional, affordable, convenient flight training. We are 
working hard to keep our rates as low as possible. Contact one of our 
Instructors if you have any questions. 

As of January 1st, 2011 the following rates apply:

$105 per hour for purchases of 12 hour blocks*

or

$110 per hour for pay as you go and Credit Card payments**

*Block purchases are non refundable and are cash or check only.

**Credit Card payments add a 4% convenience fee.

Fuel Surcharge

Due to the rising cost of fuel we are adding a fuel surcharge.  Effective August 15,2011 add $7.00/hour to the aircraft rental rate.  Rather than raise our rates we decided to add a surcharge.  Hopefully the cost of fuel will return to a more reasonable level and the surcharge will be removed.  

As always JTD is working hard to make flying as affordable as possible.
